  • Feeling sad
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Feeling worthless, hopeless or guilty
  • Unexplained weight loss or gain
  • Not feeling attached to the baby/showing little interest in the baby
  • Loss of appetite
  • Frequent crying or tearfulness
  • Feeling restless, irritable or anxious
