- Feeling sad
- Difficulty sleeping
- Feeling worthless, hopeless or guilty
- Unexplained weight loss or gain
- Not feeling attached to the baby/showing little interest in the baby
- Loss of appetite
- Frequent crying or tearfulness
- Feeling restless, irritable or anxious
